I have back problems, can I use a Bergardi ergonomic chair?

Yes, the ergonomic seat surfaces keep your spine in an upright and healthy position at all times and support the natural curvature of the spine. Both the Aurelia saddle chair and the Aurelius ergonomic office chair can relieve back pain. Until the effect is felt, habituation effects may occur within 3 weeks.

How long will it take me to get used to the movements?

We only use ergonomic shapes that keep your body in a stable position. Depending on the strength of your muscles and your sitting habits, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to three weeks to get used to the chair.
